Once inside the SUQA folder, please copy the wallet.dat someplace safe, in a separate location. We recommend moving it on a different disk (USB memory stick), not connected to the internet.
Be careful with that file, that's where your coins are. Better safe than sorry!
After you make sure you copied your wallet.dat,​ delete both the SIN and SUQA​ folders in the %appdata%\Roaming folder.
Run the new downloaded sin-qt.exe and wait for it to synchronise.
After the synchronisation is done, close the wallet. Copy the backup wallet.dat from your safe location and paste it in your SIN > wallets folder.
Restart your wallet!
The "Go to Folder" window will pop up.
type in: ~/Library/Application Support/
