As shown in the photo below, press the Windows key + R , then type in: %appdata%
Inside Roaming, find your SUQA Folder and double click on it.
Once inside the SUQA folder, please copy the wallet.dat
someplace safe, in a separate location. We recommend moving it on a different disk (USB memory stick), not connected to the internet.
Be careful with that file, that's where your coins are. Better safe than sorry!
After you make sure you copied your wallet.dat
, delete both the SIN and SUQA folders in the %appdata%\Roaming folder.
Download the latest SIN wallet from our Official Github Page.
Run the new downloaded sin-qt.exe
and wait for it to synchronise.
If your wallet does not synchronize,
download the sin.conf
file from the Official Github Page (link above) and put it in your new %appdata%\Roaming\SIN folder and restart the wallet.
After the synchronisation is done, close the wallet. Copy the backup wallet.dat
from your safe location and paste it in your SIN > wallets folder.
Make sure you also download the sin.conf from the Github Page and put it in your Roaming > SIN folder!
Restart your wallet!
The "Go to Folder" window will pop up.
